Northern Cancer Voices Launches 2026 Corporate Partnership Drive to Improve Cancer Outcomes Across the North East

Northern Cancer Voices (NCV), the region’s patient-led cancer charity, has renewed our membership with the North East Chamber of Commerce and we are launching a 2026 strategic partnership drive to work more closely with regional employers.

Cancer is now the leading cause of lost workforce productivity across the UK, and North East communities experience some of the highest rates of late diagnosis, fuel poverty, and health inequalities. NCV supports people affected by cancer through advocacy, safety interventions, financial hardship support (Treat, Heat or Eat), and lived-experience insight shaping NHS services.

In 2026 we aim to expand our partnerships with businesses looking to strengthen their CSR, ESG and employee wellbeing commitments. We are inviting Chamber members to connect with us to explore:

  • Corporate sponsorship and social impact investment
  • CO safety and Priority Services Register outreach opportunities
  • Workplace cancer awareness and support
  • Partnership on poverty and vulnerability initiatives

We welcome conversations with organisations who want to create meaningful regional impact.
