Dream Job for Key Training Apprentice Hannah Dixon

Sunderland learner Hannah Dixon landed her dream job – thanks to Key Training.

After leaving college, Hannah was not sure of exactly what she wanted to do.

Hannah wanted a complete career change and was looking to find something that was more challenging.

Hannah started her Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship Bridge View Medical Centre and then progressed onto the Business Administration Level 3 programme.

“The whole process from initial meeting with the Key Training team to find out my interests, the interview process with my workplace, to completing the apprenticeship and the support after, was excellent,” she says.

Hannah says an Apprenticeship with Key Training is something that she would recommend to any young person:

“Key Training supported me fully through the two years I did the apprenticeship with them and through this I have now been able to develop my role and become a qualified Nursing Associate in the same workplace in which my apprenticeship started.
“It meant I was able to learn on the job whilst earning a monthly income and learn a whole new skill set which has been of great benefit to my career”.

Here’s what’s involved in the Customer Service Level 2 programme,

and, here’s what’s involved in the Business Administration Level 3 programme.
