Our Business Rates service is designed to reclaim any rates overpayments you may have made across the site/s you operate from, while also lowering your rates on an ongoing basis. Like most of our services, this is a contingency based rate so a no lose situation.
If your property hasn’t been assessed since 2023, we would recommend a review for a few reasons; the valuations office approach of blanket valuations, warehouse/factory spaces seeing a 30% increase in rates from this period, and the current tax cycle coming to an end in March 2026 meaning there is a limited window to reclaim any overpayments made.
