Funding Needed for furbd – Please read

We have successfully distributed over 1,000 devices to people through over 100 distributors across the Tees Valley.

We have been working on the sustainability of the project and will be shortly rolling out an online  sales platform which will sell quality second hand devices to help make the project sustainable in the longer term.

The project has a small staff team supported by volunteers and students. The funding to date is through the lottery which finishes in March 2025 and the UKSF levelling up which  finishes on the 30/5/2024.

The project is key to tackling digital poverty across the Tees Valley and we have already proven the value of the work.

This is a request to help us fund the project in the short term to maintain the valuable work being undertaken not only for the community but for the planet and the circular economy.

We have set up a fundraising page so is you are able to arrange a fundraising event, set up a regular standing order or have other ideas or proposals we would be very keen to talk to you. Also  if you could encourage your friends, employees and other businesses  to support us that would be really appreciated. Every little helps and your money will go a long way to tackle digital poverty in Tees Valley.
