Building Brighter Futures Through Mental Health Partnerships

Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust Charity is re-launching its Corporate Partners Guide, inviting businesses across the region to get involved in supporting mental health, learning disability and neurological services.

The charity raises vital funds to enhance patient care beyond core NHS funding, helping to improve experiences, recovery and wellbeing. Through the SHINE Fund, more than 120 projects were supported in the past year alone, from therapeutic tools for people living with dementia to innovative recovery and wellbeing programmes.

As the guide is re-launched, the charity is encouraging businesses of all sizes to explore how they can make a meaningful impact. From staff fundraising and payroll giving to cause-related marketing or choosing SHINE as Charity of the Year, there are many ways to get involved.

“We’re proud to work with fantastic local organisations including Starbucks, Stagecoach and Barratt Developments,” said Sharon Brennan, Charity Communications Manager. “Together, we’re helping to create brighter futures for people across the North East and Cumbria.”
