Ten years ago, I started this business on my own with a mop, a bucket and a determination to build something I could genuinely be proud of.

Today, we are proud holders of Shine Accreditation — recognising high standards in professionalism, compliance and service delivery.

That’s something I don’t take lightly.

This hasn’t happened overnight. It’s been early mornings, late nights, challenging jobs, constant learning, growth, and never lowering our standards — even when it would have been easier to.

What people don’t always see is the support behind the scenes.

My husband has spent weeks working on the accreditation process — the detail, the evidence, the standards. He’s my rock and a huge part of this milestone. And my three children have grown up alongside this business. They’ve seen the hard work and the commitment it takes to build something properly. They are my biggest motivation.

We’ve built this business on Trust, Transparency and Legacy — and this accreditation reflects that.
