Issue 3 of Horizon – North East is now available

The 3rd edition of the region’s only international trade focussed business magazine – Horizon North East, has just been launched. 

Horizon is an educational, re-readable source which aims to provide guidance and support for businesses who already trade, or would like to start trading, internationally.  

This edition includes insights on the VAT implications of selling digital services overseas, Indian culture, selling via Ecommerce and, understanding UK-EU Rules of Origin.  It also includes an interview with Stephen Muir (local International Trade Adviser from the Department for Business & Trade) and an article from the Chamber regarding the Electronic Trade Documents Bill and how this is going to effect businesses and customs.
